- Do 3 cardio exercises without resting each for 1 minute. Then take a minute to rest and get on with strength training. Each strength exercise has 15 repetitions and between them you should rest about 30 seconds. Repeat the full training once or twice.
From the equipment you need heavy weights ( from 2 ½ , 5 or 10 kilograms) .
